🍕 White wine and cheese pizza!

Why am I paring my four cheese pizza tonight and a glass of white wine?

Well, because you can feel the freshness of a white much more than a red. As a reminder, freshness is the acidity of wine that makes you salivate. The latter will help you appreciate the fat in the cheese more. The tannins of red meanwhile do not combine with casein, which is the name of the milk protein. A tannic red won't necessarily go bad with pizza, but the white will make you enjoy your pizza and wine more together!
