Summer is coming to an end, and with it comes the pleasure of gathering around a table to share authentic moments. I am delighted to announce that my wine tasting workshops in Dijon will officially resume on August 20, 2025 in our beautiful Burgundy capital!

A summer rich in discoveries

These past few weeks have been marked by extraordinary encounters with visitors from all over the world. Each tasting has been an opportunity to share my passion for Burgundy's terroirs and to witness the emergence of new fans of our exceptional wines. The enthusiastic feedback from this summer gives me even more desire to continue this human and gustatory adventure.

What to expect at the start of the school year

A personalized approach for everyone Whether you're a beginner or an experienced enthusiast, each workshop is tailored to your level. My goal remains the same: to make the richness of our Burgundy wine heritage, from Gevrey-Chambertin to Chassagne-Montrachet, accessible.

Exceptional cheese and wine pairings Our regional cheeses continue to be the stars of our tastings. Chaource, Époisses, Cîteaux... each reveals unexpected facets of our wines when paired with precision.

Direct relationships with our winemakers I always favor small estates with which I maintain personal relationships. This proximity guarantees you authentic discoveries and unique stories behind each bottle.

New for the new school year

This resumption will also be an opportunity to introduce some new features that I had time to prepare during the summer:
