Service Description

Spend a friendly time and discover Burgundy wines and cheeses. Disponible aussi en français ! Meet in a cellar in the city center of Dijon, as if you were in my kitchen. For an hour, in a warm setting and in a small group, discover four local cheeses to pair with four Burgundy wines (from the Côte de Beaune), two whites and two reds. During the session, I will explain where the wines I select come from and how are produced. We will also see why I favor certain agreements to the detriment of others and what are the main principles that I like to apply. Local cheeses (produced less than 50 kilometers from Dijon) can be made from cow's or goat's milk. Conditions: local guide, qualified wine specialist, small group of less than 10 people. Sessions on Mondays, Thursdays, Saturdays at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. and Sundays at 11 a.m. Other slots possible on request. Sessions available in French English.

To cancel or reschedule a tasting workshop, please notify us 24 hours in advance. Any workshop not canceled at least 24 hours in advance will not be refunded. Pour annuler ou reprogrammer un atelier de dégustation, merci de nous prévenir 24h à l'avance. Tout atelier non annulé au moins 24h avant ne sera pas remboursé.
