What to Expect?
A Warm Welcome
Your experience begins with aglass of Crémant de Bourgogne(our local sparkling wine), while I introduce you to the theme of the day.
A Guided Tasting
We will taste4 to 5 wines, including onepremier cru, and I will explain how the Burgundy terroir influences each bottle.
Cheese/Wine Pairings
You will taste localcheeses(Époisses, Soumaintrain) and discover why they pair so well with Burgundy wines.
