Emeline, passionate and expert in Burgundy wines, has made her region a sensory playground. For years, she has roamed the vineyards, from the slopes of Gevrey-Chambertin to the hills of Meursault, to uncover their secrets and share their magic. Her love for the Burgundy terroir is expressed throughtasting workshopswhere she reveals, with pedagogy and enthusiasm, the richness of great grape varieties like Pinot Noir or Chardonnay.
With a deep knowledge of the appellations and local winemakers, she offersimmersive experiences: commented tastings, visits to estates, and even walks through the vineyards in historic vehicles for a touch of authenticity.
