Enjoy a friendly moment discovering the wines and cheeses of Burgundy.
Meet me in a cellar in the heart of Dijon, as if you were at my place.

For an hour, in a warm atmosphere and small group, discover four local cheeses paired with four Burgundy wines (from the Côte de Beaune): two whites and two reds.


During this tasting, I will explain the origin and production process of the selected wines. We will also discuss why I favor certain pairings and what principles guide my approach.

Local cheeses (produced within 50 kilometers of Dijon) can be made from cow's milk or goat's milk.
