The Spark
Born and raised in Burgundy, wine has always been part of my story. A story of families who have been cultivating vines for generations, of terroirs that shape aromas, and of moments shared around a bottle. With a degree in oenology, I spent years exploring this universe, but it was when I met travelers—couples passing through Dijon, intrigued but lost in front of the vastness of Burgundy's wine offerings—that I had the realization:what if I could make this story accessible to everyone?

Why Dijon?
